Dosing system GENODOS® DM-B/DM-BS – water disinfection with GENO®-Baktox

The GENODOS® DM-B/DM-BS dosing systems control the flow-dependent dosing of GENO®-Baktox. This enables drinking and industrial water to be disinfected (GENODOS® DM-B) and sanitising disinfection to be carried out (GENODOS® DM-BS). In normal dosing, 0.2 mg/l ClO2 are added to the water, in sanitising disinfection, the quantity is 2 mg/l ClO2. For consistent drinking water quality, the contact water meter with pulse transmitter defines the timing for volume-dependent control of the dosing pump. The disinfectant solution is extracted directly from the disposable container via a suction lance. The GENODOS® DM-B/BS dosing systems are each available in four sizes with different flow rates.

  • Flow-dependent addition of GENO®-Baktox (chlorine dioxide)
  • Nominal pressure PN 8 bar
  • Nominal output at normal dosing up to 30 m³/h (GENODOS® DM-B)
  • Sanitising disinfection up to 5.1 m³/h (GENODOS® DM-BS)
  • Water/ambient temperature 5 - 30°C/5 - 20°C

Scope of supply

DM-B dosing system, consisting of:

  • Self-priming diaphragm dosing pump, automatically deaerating against pressure, continuously adjustable with synchronous motor 230V / 50/60 Hz. Connection options for empty signal, external control and voltage-free fault signal output. Pump preset and sealed. Pressure retention valve, water meter, with pulse cable to GENODOS® pump and injection flap valve. Suction lance, gas-tight with integrated pre-empty alarm
  • Dosing system DM-B 6 pre-assembled on mounting plate, dosing system DM-B 10 to DM-B 30 consisting of individual components (pump, pressure retention valve, suction lance, water meter)


DM-BS dosing system consisting of:

  • Self-priming diaphragm dosing pump, automatically deaerating against pressure, continuously adjustable with synchronous motor 230V / 50/60Hz. Connection options for empty signal, external control and voltage-free fault signal output. Pump preset and sealed. Pressure retention valve, water meter with flow stabiliser plate, pulse cable to GENODOS® pump and injection flap valve. Suction lance, gas-tight with integrated pre-empty alarm
  • Dosing system DM-BS 6 pre-assembled on mounting plate, dosing system DM-BS 10 to DM-BS 30 consisting of individual components (pump, pressure retention valve, suction lance, water meter)
