Grünbeck grant
Securing skilled labour by awarding grants
The Loni and Josef Grünbeck Foundation would like to support high-performing employees of Grünbeck, as well as people from outside the company, in their full-time further qualification by awarding a grant. The aims are to provide funding for talented young people, to convey enthusiasm for water knowledge and to secure skilled labour in the Dillingen region. In this regard, the Foundation cooperates with the Regional Study Funding in the district of Dillingen.
The following criteria must be met as a prerequisite for funding within the framework of the grant:
- suitable further education that is in the interest of the Foundation
- good average marks
- no active main employment relationship during the further training
- knowledge of Grünbeck Wasseraufbereitung GmbH and its foundation model
- positive letter of recommendation from previous employer

Pupil internship
Do you already know what you want to do after school? Find out during a student internship and take advantage of the opportunity to gain an insight into the various apprenticeships.
During your internship, you can look over the shoulders of our trainees and take on smaller tasks by yourself. Through a guided tour of the company, you'll not only learn about your chosen apprenticeship, but also get to know the company from a different perspective.

A student internship is the ideal starting point for your own career planning. Practical knowledge imparted over a short period of time and involvement in real national and international projects help you to discover your own strengths and open up new perspectives.
