Your advantages at a glance

  • Quick mounting: Thanks to the pre-assembly of all components, installation is completed in just a few minutes. With the automatic version, the control unit is already mounted directly on the filter.
  • Flexible installation: The control unit of the automatic filters can be aligned without tools and therefore conveniently operated regardless of the direction of flow.
  • Easy to use: Guided start-up on the colour display of the automatic filters guarantees fast, intuitive and error-free installation.
  • Hot water resistance: All versions of the protective filters are hot water resistant up to 90 °C. They therefore also protect systems and devices that are operated with hot water.
  • Convenient signal forwarding: The integrated bus interface, a fault detection system and a voltage-free contact are used for simple remote monitoring and control, which means that you are always informed about the current system status of the automatic filter. You benefit from this in particular in installation scenarios that are difficult to access.

Accessories

  • The safety solenoid valve accessory set, which can be easily retrofitted to the MRA automatic filter, closes off the flow to the drain in the event of a power failure and therefore prevents unnecessary water loss.
  • The MRA automatic filter can be extended with a pressure sensor accessory set which records the pressure upstream and downstream of the filter. Backwashing is triggered automatically when the water pressure decreases due to impurity in the filter. A warning signal when the system pressure drops provides additional safety for downstream systems. The limit value is individually adjustable.

MRA backwash filter with screw connections

The automatically backwashable protective filters according to DIN EN 806-2 combine proven filter performance with state-of-the-art components for drinking water and industrial water treatment.

The high-quality filter element with a stainless steel mesh provides reliable protection against small particles and ensures the proper functioning of downstream systems. The free outlet according to DIN EN 1717 prevents backflow.

The integrated scraper brush enables additional mechanical cleaning of the filter element during backwashing. The solid brass housing around the filter element provides UV protection and prevents algae growth.
