GENO®-Neutra N-70 – neutralisation of gas condensate 70 l/h

GENO®-Neutra N-70 is a flow neutralisation system for condensates from gas condensing boilers (DVGW VP 114). The condensate volume is up to 500 kW or 70 l/h. The system consists of a neutralisation tank made of plastic with an integrated sedimentation zone for impurities. The neutralisation granules are topped up as needed. The equipment includes pH indicator strips, connection hose, connection material and a first batch of neutralisation granules.

The technical specifications of the system and the regulations for discharge to the public sewage system according to ATV- DVWK - worksheet A 251, as well as the local and general regulations must be observed. The installation site must be frost-proof and the system protected against chemicals, dyes, solvents, high radiation temperatures and from direct sunlight. Take into consideration that in standard operation, the condensation accumulates to a level of approx. the height of the outlet connection of the neutralisation system. If the condensation is to completely drain from the heat generator or the flue gas system, the installation areas and outlets for the condensation must be provided for accordingly. A drain connection (min. DN 40) must be available for draining the condensation.
